PGI International’s UK shell firm has been shut down by the Excessive Courtroom.
As per a September thirteenth order, PGI International UK Ltd has been “wound up” and topic to liquidation.
PGI International UK Ltd was wound up by the Excessive Courtroom on 13 September and the Official Receiver has been appointed liquidator of the corporate.
PGI International was a Ponzi scheme run by RV Palafox (aka Ramil Ventura Palafox).
PGI International collapsed in March 2021. Traders had been strung alongside until October, whereby US authorities seized the rip-off’s web site.

Regardless of conflicting accounts of the corporate’s buying and selling exercise offered by two former administrators, it seems that the primary enterprise exercise carried out by PGI was the sale and buy of cryptocurrency.

The UK Excessive Courtroom confirmed the continuing US regulatory investigation in to PGI International;
PGI is acknowledged to be a part of the Praetorian Group Worldwide Buying and selling Inc. whose web site has been seized by the US Division of Justice and US Division of the Treasury following a seizure warrant issued by the US District Courtroom of the Japanese District of Virginia.
The corporate’s sole appointed director is Ramil Ventura Palafox who lives in USA. He didn’t cooperate with the Insolvency Service investigation.
What there’s to liquidate of PGI International’s UK shell firm is unclear.
