The chief government of KR Wavemaker, the French arm of the WPP-owned media company, Jean-Philippe Bertaux, has stepped down and can be succeeded by CEO Julien Boyer and President Roch Osenda.
After 13 years inside the company, with 10 spent as CEO, Bertaux has overseen the merger of Maxus/MEC and the acquisition of KR Media to type the enterprise as it’s now.
The company has not revealed his subsequent enterprise.
The twin management workforce of Osenda and Boyer, who have been beforehand managing administrators, will report back to Ruth Stubbs, chief government for EMEA, and WPP France’s nation head and GroupM chief government, Mathieu Morgensztern.
