CryptoProgram has obtained a securities fraud warning from Alberta, Canada.
The Alberta Securities Fee added CryptoProgram to its Funding Warning Record on July tenth.
The ASC advises that any firms added to its Funding Warning Record
aren’t registered with the ASC and that look like participating in actions that both require registration underneath Alberta securities legal guidelines or could also be funding scams.
That is the equal of a securities fraud warning in different jurisdictions.
CryptoProgram is an MLM crypto Ponzi scheme run by US resident Edward Anthony Zimbardi.
Following regulatory fraud warnings from British Columbia and California, CryptoProgram rebranded as Amsys in late June.
I haven’t been in a position to personally affirm, however as I perceive it Zimbardi not too long ago introduced he was “taking a break” from CryptoProgram/Amsys.
