Organizing and main a digital product UX focus group for the primary time is each thrilling and nerve-wracking.
And once I determined to assemble suggestions for my app, BecomeTheChange, I knew placing collectively a UX focus group might be a make-or-break transfer.
The app, constructed to assist customers monitor habits and mirror on their progress via a built-in journaling function, had been months within the making. Because the UX designer, it was thrilling work — however operating a spotlight group? Now, that was a complete new ballgame.
