A couple of week in the past BehindMLM reported on the collapse of Oscar Garcia’s Batched Ponzi scheme (previously Uulala).
Following months of declined earnings, Batched traders had been locked out of their accounts in early January.
As a part of our protection, BehindMLM discovered of and reported on an SEC investigation into Batched and Garcia.
The SEC has since tell us they’re keen on talking with Uulala and Batched traders.
The SEC’s investigation into Batched was confirmed following Garcia’s try to dam a monetary information subpoena.
The SEC sought particulars of Garcia’s Mechanics Checking account, believing Garcia had transferred Uulala and Batched investor funds via the account.
Garcia’s case in the end went in favor of the SEC, which means Garcia needed to flip over the requested information.
Exterior of the subpoena, courtroom filings revealed the SEC are investigating Garcia and Batched over potential securities fraud. This pertains to the “validation nodes” scheme Uulala and Batched traders participated in.
As a part of their ongoing investigation, the SEC is keen on talking to Uulala and Batched traders.
